Registration Rates
- Full registration includes access to all daily events/activities.
- Due to the seasonal operation of SeaWorld San Antonio, the park is open on weekends only in April. Conference attendees are encouraged to make travel arrangements with consideration of IMATA’s official SeaWorld visit on Sunday, 7 April. Those attendees who are unable to attend the official SeaWorld visit on 7 April will have the opportunity for complimentary general park admission on Saturday, 13 April or Sunday, 14 April.
- IMATA members who take advantage of early-bird conference registration and stay at the official conference host hotel will be entered into a drawing to win a beluga or dolphin interaction program during our visit to SeaWorld San Antonio on Sunday, 7 April.
- Attendees who purchase full-conference registration will receive complimentary admission to Six Flags Fiesta Texas on Saturday, 6 April or Saturday, 13 April; daily registration badges are not eligible for this perk.
- *Daily registration includes access to general sessions and facility visits (SeaWorld San Antonio and San Antonio Zoo) that occur on the day(s) that you are registered for. Tickets to add-on the Icebreaker and Honors & Awards Banquet must be purchased separately.
- If you are traveling with a guest (spouse, friend, etc.) who is not attending the conference, you may purchase a guest ticket for them to accompany you at the facility visits (SeaWorld San Antonio and San Antonio Zoo). These tickets will be available at the registration table when you arrive at the conference.
- Registration costs and cut-off times are subject to change without notice.

Refund Policy
Refund requests must be received by Sunday, 31 March 2024. Refund requests received after this date will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. No refund consideration will be given for requests received after Sunday, 7 April 2024. Approved refunds will be issued within 30 business days. Attendee substitutions from the same institution or company will be accepted in writing without penalty.Event/activity tickets are nonrefundable.Please send cancellation or substitution requests to Mark Gonka at mark.gonka@czs.org.
